"BEST DOCUMENTARY" FOR TIME BOMBS AT NYIIFVF FESTIVAL 2008 (NEW-YORK).
On June 25th, the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival discerned the "Grand Jury Prize" , "Best Documentary" award to Guylaine Maroist and Eric Ruel for the documentary Time Bombs. The awards ceremony took place in Times Square Arts Center in New York City with the producers/directors participation.
2 NOMINATIONS AT GALA DES PRIX GÉMEAUX 2008 FOR TIME BOMBS.
On June 16th 2008, The Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television press conference at the Hyatt Regency Hotel nominated Time bombs in the following categories: "Best Research" and "Best Editing". The Awards will take place at Théâtre Maisonneuve Place des Arts in Montreal on September 14th 2008 and will be broadcast on Radio-Canada.
THE HAROLD GREENBERG FUND IS FINANCING LES AS DU SHOWBIZZ (working title).
Les As du showbiz, a ten part-documentary series, obtained from the Harold Greenberg Fund the program to assist in the production of shows related to music. The series will be broadcasted on one of the Astral Media specialty channels.
SODEC IS SUPPORTING THE DOCUMENTARY SERIE J’AI LA MÉMOIRE QUI TOURNE.
The series J’ai la mémoire qui tourne is funded by SODEC in the production phase. The series will be broadcast on Historia in the fall of 2009. The series is also funded by the Canadian Television Fund.

THE PALM BEACH INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL INVITES GUYLAINE MAROIST & ERIC RUEL.
Guylaine Maroist and Eric Ruel will present their last documentary Time bombs April 13, 2008 at the 13th edition of the festival. They will also participate in a debate/discussion that will follow the presentation.
LE FESTIVAL DE FILMS DE PORTNEUF SUR L'ENVIRONNEMENT PRESENTS TIME BOMBS.
The documentary by Guylaine Maroist and Eric Ruel is officially selected to compete in the 2008 edition of the festival that will be held from Aril 19th to 27th. The screenings dates: April 19 and 24, 2008.

TIME BOMBS AT LE FESTIVAL DE FILMS DE PORTNEUF SUR L'ENVIRONNEMENT.
The documentary by Guylaine Maroist and Eric Ruel is officially selected to compete in the 2008 edition of the festival that will be held from Aril 19th to 27th.
PRODUCTIONS DE LA RUELLE AT MIPTV IN CANNES, FRANCE.
Canamedia will represent Productions de la Ruelle inc. at the next MIPTV in France. They will propose the documentary Time bombs to international broadcasters.
CANAMEDIA DISTRIBUTOR OF THE DOCUMENTARY TIME BOMBS.

NFB AND PRODUCTIONS DE LA RUELLE TEAMS UP FOR DISTRIBUTION.
The National film board of Canada will distribute TIME BOMBS on the institutional and home video markets.

PIERRE BRISSON AND ERIC RUEL AT THE RVCQ 2008.
Pierre Brisson (researcher/initiator) and Eric Ruel (producer/director/editor) will participate in a debate/discussion that will follow the presentation of Time bombs February 17, 2008 at Les Rendez-vous du cinéma québécois. The film starts at 8:30 p.m. at Cinémathèque québécoise - Salle Fernand-Séguin
TIME BOMBS SELECTED AT THE PALM BEACH INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL.
Guylaine Maroist and Eric Ruel are invited to host a screening of their documentary TIME BOMBS. The festival is taking place April 10-17, 2008.
NYIIFVF 2008 (New York) PRESENTS TIME BOMBS.
The documentary will be presented at The New York International Independent Film & Video Festival March 4th 2008 (8:30 p.m.) at the Village East Cinemas.

The film will be shown February 17, 2008, at la Cinémathèque québécoise - Salle Fernand-Séguin, 8:30 p.m. A public debate will follow the presentation.
THE DOCUMENTARY MUTATIONS IN DEVELOPMENT.
In collaboration with Télé-Québec and The canadian television fund, Productions de la ruelle will develop Mutations, a documentary investigating the impact of nuclear power on the health of Canadians.
